Last Friday, a DUI crash in Las Vegas left a teenager seriously injured. The teenager is 18 year old Tyler Farmer.
The woman suspected of a DUI was 46 year old Cynthia Lorenz, who was booked at Clark County Detention Center where she faces the DUI charges.
Lorenz was reported to be driving a 2003 Toyota Avalon at approximately 7:45 p.m. when she crossed over the double yellow lines and struck the vehicle in which Tyler Farmer was passenger. The 17 year old driver of the car (who will remain unnamed) swerved to try to avoid the crash, but the car was unfortunately hit on the passenger’s side, where Farmer was sitting.
